We have a clear and established process to handle each and every one of our engagements - aiming to not only ensure that we are delivering what you need but also doing so with a comprehensive approach.

Our process is divided into four stages: Consultation, Research, Shooting and Post-Production. Each stage is purposed to facilitate the project from the moment you get in touch to eventually delivering the finishing product. STEP ONE: CONSULTATION
As soon as you have decided on a photography package, you may book a free 30 minutes Zoom consultation with one of our specialists by signing up for an account with us.

This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other more - including any enquires you may have about our packages and quotes etc. All of our packages are fully customisable so whether you are a working professional looking for your very own batch of headshots for LinkedIn, or an engaged couple about to embark on your new exciting season of life, we've got you covered.

Sometimes booking for a photographer could be stressful - but don't worry as this is just the beginning. We are committed to maintain in touch after the intial call so any additional concerns you may have can be addressed. A rushed purchase is not our aim here, instead we would like this to be a well-rounded and satisfying experience for you!

STEP TWO: RESEARCH
Following our initial consultation, this is when we get to work. We recognise each customer comes through the door with their unique story and need - which is why this stage is important.
​
Our research would include planning out all the necessity surrounding the project. For example, if you are looking for some breath-taking shots for your brand, then that would consist of study into your business, products and marketing objectives etc. Alternatively, if you are preparing for the Big Day with your loved one, then we would be focusing on the details of the ceremony and how we could keep your best moments evergreen!

In the end, this stage is that we 'go off and do our thing' but a collaborative experience of us planning out our shoot together - in order that you may get what you want.
STEP THREE: SHOOTING
So we are all set and ready!

Shooting is quite self-explanatory. We go out and take the photos; all shot in 4K. Whether that's an one off shoot like an event, or a series of shoots such as those part of a branding package, we are finally coming together and making it happen!
​
All the details, such as time, locations and cost etc, of the shoot(s) will be listed and agreed between us based on a contract issued before each shoot. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are closely observing the UK Government's guidelines on social distancing and other related measures - you may find more details here.
STEP FOUR: POST-PRODUCTION
All of our packages come with free editing - meaning we will make sure that the quality, colour and texture of the photos meet your expectations; powered by Adobe Creative Suite and Apple Hardwares.

This is a great space to write a long text about your company and your services. You can use this space to go into a little more detail about your company. Talk about your team and what services you provide. Tell your visitors the story of how you came up with the idea for your business and what makes you different from your competitors. Make your company stand out and show your visitors who you are.
